Practising Pilates is about taking control of your body and mind, finding your strength, self-care and positive body image. In this workshop you will learn about how Pilates exercises can empower your body and balance your mind helping you to feel in control of your decisions, supporting you to relax and deal with school pressures and improve your concentration.
