The Beginners workshop is a great opportunity to try Pilates and learn the basics to find out if it is something you would enjoy practising regularly. Pilates is a low impact form of exercise focused on stability and mobility in the pelvis and spine and improved function and balance in daily movements. The Pilates method is known to reduce stress and alleviate discomfort because of its attention to alignment and concentration.
